Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and "Add to Basket". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most major credit card and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) Solo, Visa Debit. Payments are automatically debited from your card on completion of order. Back ordered items are charged in advance, however if there is a substantial delay (longer then 7 days) we will contact you and ask if you would like a full refund. Shipping And Handling SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard shipping and handling is provided to UK destinations via the Royal Mail or our appointed couriers please allow a minimum of 2-3 Days for delivery (3-4 Days for Economy Delivery) . The Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class Post the next Day (excluding Sundays, Public Holidays and peak periods such as Christmas). Deliveries are calculated on a weight and order value basis, so actual shipping costs may vary for each order.

Non-EU delivery or delivery by courier is available at an extra cost (please phone to confirm price). The delivery of bulk orders within the U.K is provided by courier at cost (bulk means orders too large or heavy for Royal Mail first class post), delivery times will be confirmed when the order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL UNINSURED SERVICE
We do not accept liability for items lost using this service. The onus is on the customer (you) to claim compensation back from the delivery company. We will endeavour to assist your claim in any way possible, including providing proof of posting where required.

We despatch orders received before 2pm the same day

You will normally receive 1st Class orders within 2 business days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class orders are despatched within 3 to 4 working days for delivery.

International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
